My story originates in sunny south Florida, which is where I grew up roller skating, playing softball and volleyball, cycling, skateboarding, surfing and living the lifestyle of outdoor, year round living. This love of the outdoor life is what led me to eventually spend my summers in Montauk, NY and winters in Costa Rica.
When I began looking for the right massage school for my education, I knew that I didn’t want to stay indoors in the winter. I naturally started looking for warm, international schools that were accredited in the United States. Luckily, I found an amazing place; The Costa Rica School of Massage. I was accepted as one of only 12 students in their intensive, condensed winter program. Graduating at the top of my class, I believed in the words of my Director, “You have a natural gift, trust in the work and follow your heart”.
After graduation, I returned to Montauk, NY to be patient and allow my practice, Cshells Massage On the Move, to grow. Happily, it grew at a pace I was not expecting. I delivered the highest quality service to my clients in their homes from Montauk to The Hamptons, 2008-2011. In 2011, I realized it was important for me to return to my roots( and Florida) and be a part of my extended family’s daily life.
I immediately was hired at Four Seasons Palm Beach as a part-time massage therapist, enrolled myself at Palm Beach State College which I graduated with my Aesthetician’s License in February, 2013, while also completing 70+ hours of Thai Massage at the Florida School of Massage in Gainesville, Florida. During this time I continued to work my weekly and bi-weekly corporate massage jobs.
All of these events led me to create the space that I am so incredibly fortunate to spend time in regularly; Cshells Massage and Skin Care, helping people with troubled skin issues, chronic headaches, neck aches, back pain, sore feet and more. I have created an oasis where you are transported away from your daily stresses and take care of your mind, body and soul and emerge relaxed and rejuvenated.
